Margherita Classica with Black Crown Caviar

Ingredients
- 1 jar 12.3oz Rao’s Margherita Pizza Sauce
- 1 each 12-inch parbaked pizza crust
- 1 each 8oz container Stracciatella cheese
- 1 tbsp Truffle Oil (optional)
- 3-4 each basil leaves, torn into pieces
- 1 each 1.75oz tin Black Crown Caviar Sterlet caviar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
- Working with your preferred prebaked pizza crust, generously spread the 1 cup of your reserved Rao’s Margherita Pizza Sauce over the crust.
- Place the sauced pizza crust in the oven and bake for approximately 8 minutes, until the sauce bubbles, and the crust is crispy.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and place on a cutting board.
- Next, using a spoon, dollop the Stracciatella cheese over the baked pizza leaving some of the sauce exposed.
- Now, sprinkle the torn Basil all over the pizza.
Next, using a small spoon, generously garnish the mounds of stracciatella with the caviar.
- Finally, drizzle the Truffle over the pizza if you desire.
- Cut the pizza into 8 pieces and serve.
