Burrata Rosso with Black Crown Caviar

Ingredients

2 each jars Rao’s Homemade Roasted Garlic Pizza Sauce
- 1 each baguette, cut into ¼ inch slices & toasted, or 1 prebaked pizza crust cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp Rao’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 each 4oz ball fresh Burrata cheese, drained
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tin 1.75oz Black Crown Caviar Siberian Sturgeon
Directions
- Preheat an oven to 350F degrees.
- Add the jars of Rao’s Roasted Garlic Pizza Sauce to a shallow oven proof baking dish.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake the pizza sauce for 10 minutes until it begins to bubble.
- Quickly remove the baked pizza sauce from the oven.
- Arrange the drained Burrata in the middle of the hot pizza sauce.
- Insert a knife in the middle of the Burrata to make a hole.
- Fill the hole with the caviar.
- Drizzle the Burrata, Caviar, and Pizza sauce with the extra virgin olive oil.
- Serve warm with either the toasted bread or the baked pizza crust.
