Snowy Day Soup & Sandwich
1 jar Rao’s Homemade Italian Wedding Soup
½ Tablespoon butter
2 slices sourdough bread
¼ Cup Roasted Red Peppers
Heat soup according to directions.
Warm butter in a pan on the stovetop.
Layer ham, provolone, and roasted red peppers in between sourdough slices.
Place sandwich in heated pan and flip when cheese starts to melt.
Remove from pan once both sides are golden and cheese is melted.
Serve while hot and enjoy!
