Mussels with Marinara
Rao’s Homemade Marinara elevates a bowl of mussels 🤌
1 24oz. Jar Rao’s Homemade Marinara Sauce
1 1/2 pounds mussels
Chopped fresh parsley, olive oil
Bread, for dipping
After the Rao’s Homemade Marinara sauce has simmered for 15 minutes on low, add the mussels and cook covered over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes until they open. Stirring several times.
To serve, place mussels in a dish and spoon additional marinara over the mussels. Garnish with chopped parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
