On Legacy
“We really work at our heritage. At who we really are. At what we really are. That’s the legacy, and I know my aunt and uncle would feel the same way. They would find it hard to believe this has become what it has become. And thank God for my son, who started working for me when he was twelve years old. He’s been in the restaurant business all his life. He knows Rao’s inside out, he knows the philosophy, he has tremendous respect for people and he’s a fine, fine young man.”
