Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
In a small bowl, melt butter and set aside.
On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough with a floured rolling pin to 1 ½ cm. thick.
Cut 14-16 coffins out of dough. Place 7-8 coffins on nonstick baking sheet.
Add 1 teaspoon of Rao’s marinara sauce to each.
Add 1 teaspoon of shredded mozzarella cheese to each.
Close topped coffin cutouts with unused ones and pinch sides down with fork.
Brush top of each coffin with butter and dried seasonings.
Place in oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden on top.
Let cool slightly and serve with leftover marinara on the side.
