Turn a jar of our fire-roasted peppers, golden raisins, and pine nuts into a savory-sweet spoonable sauce that’s simply wonderful over pan-seared salmon—or any other fish at the market. It’s a fail-proof dinner party entrée that cooks up in under half an hour.
Heat butter & extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan.
Lay the salmon fillets into the pan skin side up and fry for 6-7 minutes.
Turn and fry for additional 5-6 minutes.
In a food processor, puree Rao’s Homemade® Roasted Peppers with Golden Raisins and Pine Nuts and garlic.
Pour the mixture into a small saucepan, add butter and basil.
Heat the sauce on low.
Plate the salmon and spoon the sauce over it.
