Rao's Recipe for cheesy zucchini eggplant appetizers



  • Pre-heat oven to broil.
  • Cut zucchini, eggplant & squash about 1/4 inch thick. Lightly brush both side with Rao’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Broil or grill for about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Top with Rao’s Roasted Eggplant Sauce or Rao’s 4 Cheese Sauce. Sprinkle with your favorite cheese blend and broil for an additional minute or two.
