PROCEDURE

  • Pour 2/3 of Rao’s Lemon Cooking Sauce into a small saucepan. Add 1/4 cup of Rao’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  • Bring to boil and cook for few minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add 6 tablespoons of butter and stir until butter melts. Set aside.
  • Pour 1/3 jar of Rao’s Lemon Cooking Sauce into flat dish.
  • Dip the fish covering evenly.
  • Spread the flour on a bottom of another flat dish. Add salt and pepper.
  • Coat the fish in the flour mixture to cover evenly on both sides.
  • Heat remaining butter and oil in a large frying pan.
  • Fry the fish 6 minutes each side or until white and flaky inside.
  • Plate the fish and spoon the sauce over it.
