PROCEDURE

  • Cook Rao’s Linguine Pasta in a large pot of rapidly boiling salted water until al dente, according to package directions.
  • In a large saucepan combine Rao’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1/3 jar of Rao’s Marinara Sauce.
  • Bring to boil & add clams.
  • Cover tightly and cook until all clams open. Discard any unopened clams.
  • Warm up remaining Rao’s Marinara Sauce and pour over clams before serving over linguine.
    Cooking time: 10 minutes
