Classic Italian Stromboli

Ingredients
  • 1 lb prepared pizza dough
  • ½ lb sliced pepperoni
  • ½ lb sliced salami
  • mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ½ tsp pizza seasoning
  • Rao’s Homemade Marinara
  • 1 egg + 1 tsp water, mixed together
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly dust working surface with flour

Roll dough out to an 8×13 rectangle

Layer pepperoni on top of dough then add ⅓ of the cheese

Add salami and the remainder of the cheese and sprinkle the pizza seasoning.

Tightly roll up dough. Tuck and pinch edges

Finish with the egg wash, place in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
