INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups shredded turkey, white and dark meat
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 jar Rao’s Homemade® Garden Vegetable Sauce
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups fresh peas
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley

PROCEDURE

  • Combine shredded turkey, Rao’s Homemade® Garden Vegetable Sauce, wine, broth, salt, and pepper in a large pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  • Add fresh peas.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Serve with crusty bread.
