Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
2 lbs cut
Chicken Parts
1 lbs
Italian Sausage Links
10 halved, small
Yukon Gold Potatoes
2
Bell Pepper
1 Yellow or White
Onion
2 Cloves
Garlic
1 tsp
Oregano
1/4 cup
Italian Parsley
1/2 cup
Olive Oil
1/4 cup
Water
1 Small Bag
Frozen Peas
to taste
Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS

Place cut chicken and sliced sausage, potatoes, peppers, onion and garlic in a large roasting pan. Add oregano, parsley, olive oil and water. Cover with tin foil and place on center rack in oven to cook for 30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove tin foil and roast chicken for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven, add Rao’s Homemade® Roasted Garlic Sauce and peas, recover and return to oven for 30 minutes, loosely cover with aluminum foil. Occasionally stir until potatoes are fork tender and chicken is easily pulled from bone. Garnish with chopped parsley.
