Add eggs, parmesan, salt and pepper into a small bowl and mix.
Place breadcrumbs in a separate bowl next to egg mixture.
Dunk ravioli in egg mixture then in breadcrumbs and place on air fryer cooking tray.
Repeat until all ravioli are dipped and coated.
Set to 375 degrees and cook for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove ravioli’s from fryer and serve alongside warmed Rao’s Homemade Marinara Sauce for dipping.
Top with parsley, basil, cheese of choice, or cracked black pepper to garnish
