Rao's Recipe for broccoli rabe mushroom quiche



  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Coarsely chop Rao’s Broccoli Rabe and Rao’s Grilled Mushrooms.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter with 2 tablespoons of Rao’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a 10” skillet.
  • Add chopped mushrooms and broccoli rabe and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Meanwhile combine 8 eggs, 1/2 cup half and half, 4 ounces of mozzarella cheese, salt and mix thoroughly. Pour into skillet.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
