Preheat oven to 450
Pluck bite-sized florets from head of cauliflower and trim
In a medium bowl, mix panko, parmesan cheese, garlic salt and italian seasoning
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs then dredge cauliflower in eggs and cor with the crust mixture
Place cauliflower on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown then garnish with parsley
Dip in Rao’s Roasted Garlic and enjoy!
