Classic Italian Stromboli
1 lb prepared pizza dough
½ lb sliced pepperoni
½ lb sliced salami
1 ½ tsp pizza seasoning
Rao’s Homemade Marinara
1 egg + 1 tsp water, mixed together
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly dust working surface with flour
Roll dough out to an 8x13 rectangle
Layer pepperoni on top of dough then add ⅓ of the cheese
Add salami and the remainder of the cheese and sprinkle the pizza seasoning.
Tightly roll up dough. Tuck and pinch edges
Finish with the egg wash, place in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Dip in Rao’s Homemade and enjoy.
