Baked Cauliflower, Chicken and Alfredo Casserole
Let our creamy Alfredo sauce do the hard work tonight. This comforting, low-carb casserole is loaded with chicken and cauliflower then baked until golden and bubbly; all you have to do is assemble the ingredients, open a jar, and turn on the oven. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.
1 head broken into florets Cauliflower
1 15oz. jar Rao’s Homemade® Alfredo Sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh Parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 lb. cubed and pre-cooked Chicken Breast
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Prep a two-quart casserole with oil.
Mix cauliflower, chicken, Rao’s Homemade® Alfredo Sauce, pepper, salt, onions, parsley and garlic.
Add the cauliflower mixture to the casserole and cover with parmesan.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 50 minutes.
Top with parsley and serve alone for a low carb dish or on a bed of steamed rice.
